Excellent hotel but ask for a room with harbour view. Good restaurant and bar but they close too early. Rest 9pm /bar 22.30

Very nice surprise, worth the visit.
The Building is Beautiful. The transformation to turn it to an hotel is really nicely done. The room was big enough for the four of us, one double bed below and one double bed on the mezzanine. Two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, perfect for four. When we arrived in the evening to the hotel, the Girl at the reception was LOVELY and super kind and helpful.
A bad note, our room was big, two floors (mezzanine) and full of windows which gave the room a super look / atmosphere. The only issue was that the windows were really dirty. A visitor before us even wrote on the dust of the windows.... It's a pity to have such a nice room with such dirty windows, it brake the magic....

great and fun stay at Hotel de Timmerfabriek in Vlissingen!
The location is excellent! We came with the train, but there is also a good car park. You can easily walk towards the old town, the beach, boulevard and the harbor areas. There are also enough nice restaurants nearby. The restaurant of the hotel was also great, we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. The hotel is nicely renovated, it still has the old carpentry factory feeling, but with a warm atmosphere and enough color. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had enough space, a kitchenette (which we didn't use) and a couch/TV area with the bed on a higher split room level. We could easily swap our harder pillows for softer ones. We enjoyed our stay!
Only a minor remark : there could be an extra mirror inside the room itself, now you only had a mirror inside the compact bathroom which easily got a wet floor as the shower didn't have a separate door/sill.
